Terms of Service

Betatek provides web design, development, hosting, maintenance, and digital marketing services under monthly subscription plans. The specific services, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Payments are due on the agreed billing date. No setup fees are charged — the first payment covers the first month of service.

Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Annual and 2-year plans remain active until the end of the committed period and will not be refunded for early cancellation.

Upon cancellation, Betatek will provide all source files and content belonging to the client within 14 days. Your domain name and content always remain yours.

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content. Betatek retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate content and information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure they have rights to any content (text, images, logos) they provide

Betatek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Québec.
